The Pathfinders Program is utilized to create job-ready and purpose-filled individuals who can get off the streets by securing sustainable pay.
Guests are given job-like responsibilities around the Mission and also gain skills such as how to interview, build a résumé, and interact in a professional sense.

Individuals coming into our programs are lacking the proper communication, social, and résumé-building skills needed to apply for a sustainable job. The program is designed to address the vocational gap so our guests can be economically self-sufficient and improve their quality of life through a career they enjoy.
