Keystone Mission collects and securely maintains the following types of personal information: 

• • Contact Information: Name, Business/Organization, Church, complete address, phone number, e-mail address
  • Donation records: giving history
  • Related demographic information and communication status
  • Credit card numbers and expiration dates for new donations are used only once to complete the transaction; then, any paper records are destroyed.

Sharing Personal Information

Keystone Mission does not rent, lease, sell, or share personal information with other organizations or third parties. The identity of all donors is kept confidential, and the use of personal information is limited to the internal use o Keystone Mission unless the donor expressly gives permission. 

How Information is Used

Keystone Mission uses personal information to understand donor needs better and to provide better service. Specifically, Keystone Mission uses personal information to help complete transactions and communicate about ministry happenings. Keystone Mission may also disclose personal information as required for compliance with applicable legal requirements and standards. 

Security of Information

Keystone Mission maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information and prevent unauthorized disclosure or access to personal information. Only authorized personnel have access to such information and only for appropriate business purposes. Credit card information is used for donation processing only and is not for any other purposes. PCI-compliant third parties hold any ongoing credit card and EFT information. 

Updating Communication Status or Contact Us

Keystone Mission does not wish to send unwanted communications to our donors. To change or update communication status, or for comments or questions about this Donor Privacy Policy, contact the Development Department.
